After applying the ballot the last six year I have FINALLY got myself into the London Marathon and I’ve been training hard! I’m following the Nike Run Club training app which acts as a coach and tailors your runs weekly.
My longest run to date was just short of 7 miles, I’m aiming to get up to 9 this week but I am growing tired of running the same routes so I am planning to mix it up and get myself down to Canvey seafront to run the sea wall.
I need to raise £2,000 & I’ve planned a games night fundraiser with family and friends and an Easter Egg Hunt in my local area, if you are local to Wickford check it out on Facebook click here, the lovely Huttons at Wickford are hosting.
I’ve almost dropped a stone but I’m losing my bum! I’ve actually really enjoiyed eating healthier as I most definently overindulged over Christmas because I knew I’d have to reign it in this year!
